5 steps to manifesting your dream life

I’ve experienced some huge shifts the past few weeks with projects starting to fall naturally into place; connecting with amazing super babes who I adore; going from strength to strength in my relationship all the while kicking awesome goals. 

But instead of this being a fluke or a stroke of ‘luck' -  I know it's through my energy, beliefs and actions, I am making them happen.

Too often we are our own worst enemy when it comes to achieving our dreams - letting short term pleasures and distractions complicate our life that end up pushing us further and further away from what will truly make us happy.

Choose not to give into these distractions and instead focus your attention on what you set out to achieve.

I want to share with you 5 ways you can begin manifesting your dream life, starting now:

1. Get clear on what you want.

Manifesting is all about focusing your energy on creating the life that you want, so the first step is to get crystal clear on what it is you desire.

Write down your goals and be specific about what you want to achieve. 

Only then can you be super focused on the specific actions you need to take that will lead to to where you want to be.

2. Surround yourself with positive energy.

Think of yourself as a magnet - whatever energy you give off, you will receive in return. By consistently and positively affirming what you want, you will begin to attract the same high-vibe energy into your life.

Don’t spend your precious time or energy on things that weigh you down.

3. Focus your energy.

Become mindful of where your energy is being directed because where you focus your energy is where you will see results. Focus on where you want to go and how you will make it happen, rather than dwelling on things you can’t change. The only thing you can control is yourself and how you respond.

4. Visualise your dream life.

Visualisation is a powerful tool in creating positive connections between what you desire and who you want to become. The mind is extremely powerful in creating conscious connections between what you imagine and your actions. Visualise what it looks like when you achieve your goals - what does it feel like? Who is there with you? 

By visualising what you desire, you will begin to strengthen the connection between your mind and your sub-conscious.

5. Stay close to your goals.

Everyday, review the goals you set for yourself and mentally commit to the plan of action for how you are going to make this happen. Then take daily action - it doesn’t matter how small an action you take or if you take the wrong step forward. Create momentum to help propel you forward and the believe that you are about to receive what you want.

Above all, have faith in your YOU and your ability to bring your dreams life and believe that you have the power to create anything you set your mind to.

You can make it happen, it is just about taking small steps each day that will lead you where you want to go.
